Our 2016 Chateau Yaldara Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz is sourced from vines that are approximately 75 years old. This is a medium bodied red. A bright mix of plum and black fruits with a distinctive chalky feel and character is a highlight of the palate profile. You can’t get this anywhere else but here or in store!
